Re-phrase my post after a couple of chats with people. Basically if you have clients that are dropping out and a clients that are not covering your service cost, then don't bother contacting us. I'm interested in small businesses to large businesses but viable ones that are established even if for 6 months but must be a visable opportunity. We are not interested in taking over a service with your clients exiting out leaving us with costs that are not covering themselves. Thank you.
Every time someone sells his or her company this usually happens because the person who buys the business will not know the best way to manage it to begin with. I recommend looking for a seller who is willing to provide support for at least a couple of weeks after the sale. Jack
