ArticPro will get suspended/terminated soon. I just sent Yahoo! a screen shot of his arcade site, and his myspace site. Both of them were breaking the TOS of yahoo. ArticPro is violating the TOS of Yahoo, and he was warned about it in the past, and he continues to break their TOS knowing what he is doing. He is also targetting insurance ads, which is against their rules also because it has nothing to do with the site...

Gamehacked.com is not breaking any TOS because it was approved by Yahoo (this is not inferno, but he is my friend on msn)

YPN told him that it was with their TOS because it has a border...

Doesnt matter if you dont believe me, but YPN told him that he wasnt breaking their TOS because there was a border beside the ads. Many other sites put images next to ads, but only when they have a border, here is one example:

how does anyone confuse an image for a game with an ad that says Diabetes Management? must be some game! if that image really is improving ctr, then the real question must be, who is the dumba$$ who gets "tricked" into clicking the ad? i would start calling out click fraud if anything. at least if the pics were targetted to the ad...

this is what happens when YPN doesnt do its monthly terminations... people lose their fear (of termination) and others cant mind their own business. please report eachother. while im not in your category, less competition is more $ for everyone else

I just think this thread needs to be deleted by the mods here. People are getting pissed off at each other for no reason. I just tried to help point out that gamehacked is not violating YPN's Terms of Service because there is a border there, and that YPN approved this awhile back.

Please mods erase this. It is really getting no where!
