Strange message from Privatbank when withdrawing Liqpay balance.

    Hi,
    I've withdrawed a lot from Liqpay before (All are <$1000) but today I had withdrawed 1474.06 USD + 16.70 USD (biggest amount ever) then I received a phone message from privatbank said "your payment is at stake in the system Liqpay postponed. Change please update your name and address in the personal data". I have withdrawed a lot before and have never met this kind of problem.

    I had a chat with one support. He/she said that I can expect 3-5 business days for my money to hit my bank. But I'm still worrying.
    Finally, will my money be safe at this transaction ?

    Did Anyone experience ?

    Just keep a record of your chat and phone conversation if you are worried
    Also ask them to email you , get email records for your proof
