hello guys! i need help regarding the inclusion of my site to google news.. i just want to ask..how long does it take for google news to review your website..and finally be in inclusion to their program? I applied it 4 days ago..still no response...of course there's a reply after the submission..but saying to reply if the site meets the tech requirements.. i did..it's been 3 days but no response from google... how long does it really take? can you give me some guidelines in having the great chance to be included...? based on your experience..how long did it take for your site to be included? is there a message or something? and how will you know if you have a chance to be included? is 3 days long enough to wait? or is it just normal? please answer...thank you guys! also about submitting to google news...while i wait...can i do something like SEO on my site...such as getting backlinks from other sites, commenting from blogs with pr...submitting to social bookmarking...directory submission.. and what other SEO techniques? is SEO forbidden when you are into Google News? thanks!
Google replies when it feels fit I think, they have millions of requests to be added to News, and they allow only the best. I would carry on doing other work, and just wait for google to get back to you, I think it will be weeks rather then days.

What I meant was really put it out of your mind until you get a reply, and carry on working on your site, Google loves seo so long as it does not break their rules.

You must submit to Google Webmaster Tools and join your site for analysis. 1-2 months until site appears in Google.
There are a lot of hidden aspects that Google News looks for in a site. It is very easy to get approved quickly if you know all the ins and outs.

It is impossible for me to know the quality of your articles or how well you would follow our directions, so how could we guarantee your results? All we can do is give you the blueprint that we use to create sites and get them included. We have helped many people get into Google News, but I'm sure that a few people that bought our guide did nothing. We do not provide magic dust that will instantly make you a success. You have to work. I'm not trying to be rude, but I hope that your news articles are written better than your posts. Google will not include a site that has articles that don't make sense. As for whether or not you are approved or denied, you have to be patient. They will let you know either way. Did you follow all of their requirements?
hmm... i see... of course i'll work on it... that's why i'm so frustrated..because... i worked all day to finish my site... i hired some authors... they did some posts... and i made sure that their post is somewhat original...and not spam... i finished making and designing the site in a week... you can check.... as far as I can see... I followed the technical requirements... you can check my website.. http://recentissuetoday.com and see if I have wrong terms there... well...you see i can buy the blueprint...but i'd like to make sure that I'll be able to be included in google news..i spent too much efforts of my first news website.. i made sure about it..i use some reference too of other sites... it's just that... google news still hasn't respond to me..saying they will review if I respond that I followed the terms...I did that..but it's been 5 or 6 days...still no response if i'm included or not... and my traffic hasn't improve at all.... can I do SEO things like bookmarking, blog commenting, link exchange.. etc., while waiting for the response? please help.. should I wait for their response if i'm rejected before buying your blueprint...? how is it different from all the terms given by google news publisher guide? please answer all of my questions there...sorry if I asked too much..
I have checked your site and I can tell you right now that you did not follow the requirements necessary and will most likely result in the site being declined. The URL technical requirements are not there nor do most of the articles comply.
