I Just read an article that says most Americans think that 9/11 attacks were either planned the gvt, or they knew and didn't do much to stop this.

    What do you think?

That article proves the fluoride in your tap water is working :)

First of all let's look at pre-sept 11, economy. The economy was doing very well, the dollar was high, everyone was making money. The US is thriving. Bam 9/11, the dollar plummets just after the tech bubble pops, bad timing and makes for pretty crappy economical sense.

How many people would need to be in the know to pull an air strike attack on WTC?
    Litterally thousands!

How many people would tell there wives or feel the need to go public even if they were paid a substatial amount?
    A ton of people

Through viral methods how quickly would this news spread?
Quicker than a few weeks thanks to open media (the internet)

    How long till everyone knows?
    A couple of months

    President Impeached?
    Most definetly

Is the WTC covered for insurance?
Under most insurance policies acts of war are strictly not a method of collecting money, I am pretty sure no one would be interested in losing something worth this much money.
I mean it has been years since the collapse, don't look at just the price tag on the building, but the months of rent, the cost of lives, lost documents, servers, etc.
A guess at the estimate of loss would be in the trillions.

Let's say someone commits a crime, I would have to say 99% of criminals are caught because they tell someone, or they are working with someone who will say something (people have consciences, guilty ones too)

How to conduct an international attack that limits the people in the know, is not expensive, and can be easily conducted?

This is pretty easy to think up.

You need to be a bit of reading buddy.

This is old news and most people know that Silverstein made a killing from the attacks:

    http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/silverstein.html

Also, Siverstein bought part of the complex (at least WTC1 WTC2 and WTC7) six months before the terrorist attacks. They also required some $200 million in renovations and improvements, pretty lucky for Larry that they came down when they did eh. He did very nicely out of it thank you very much. As a guide if larry owned it, it collapsed, if he didn't, it didn't. :D

I would not want to but a house off of Larry Silverstein, put it that way. :p

No, the US government didn't plan or was involved in the 9/11 attacks. However ... the 1969 moonlanding was fake :p

No, the government had nothing to do with it. I've read the conspiracy theories and they seem a bit too paranoid for me.

    No.

I believe in reported facts, weigh them up, and if it looks dodgy then I comment on it. :)

I thought you admitted in another thread that your "views" are not even based on the facts?

If a fact has been reported (confirmed) then I am sure that I can comment on that mate, can't I? :)

Trying to twist it around won't work. Read my posts and you will see I am putting many good questions over. Nobodys trying to debunk my claims, just making daft posts back. :D

From the site you reffered to:
    Which means a profit of 7.1b$ - 3.2b$ = 3.9b$
    And then
So his maximum profit would rather be 4.6b$ - 3.2b$ = 1.4b$ instead.

But I don't think it matter cause the money will go to the rebuilding which costs Silverstein 6.3b$.

We need a place for nutjobs to post conspiracy theories, or they may do harm to society. This thread may save a life or two :D

Just for one day, we should have had a thread without this.

Today shouldn't really be about conspiracy theories or not. About 3,000 people died 5 years ago. Nutjobs have 364 days to whine about molten steel and what not. 1 day of peace might be nice

Unfortunately on another forum one of the usual theorists started a thread mixing memory and theory. You're right. This day is to remember the dead, we should do that and only that.

    Drawing the line

These theories come out for every important event in history, some may be true, but few know if they are true or not. Maybe in time we will find out.
