Affiliate programs pay you to sell their products (or their advertisers products). You put a link on your site, and if somebody follows it and buys something, then you get a percentage. CommissionJunction.com is a good place to start.
Buy hosting, buy domain, download WordPress, instal it, register at Google Ads(add them to your blog), and post. Good Luck.
Agree with this, but wait on placing ads until you get some content on it. After 5-10 posts you can start placing ads. Don't expect to make a lot of money from it until you get a decent search ranking and a decent amount of backlinks. Even with that it may only make pennies a day depending on the type of traffic.
Seems like your an absolute beginner, check out blogger.com, play with it, you're going to be in for some big learning curves, there's a lot your going to need to learn. Blogging isn't a quick way to earn money online.
