goto your webmaster tool, check your inbox review that which malware has been found on your site. then goto stopbadware.org and ask for help

if you found no problem then submit a site reconsideration request, u can find it on webmaster tool's left pane

This message appears when your server has some malicious code on it, what probably happened is that your server was hacked or compromised in some way. As others have said use the google webmaster tool to find out more informaition. I would recommended doing a fresh install of all your sites, if that is too onerous then upgrading all software on your site and change your passwords.
