You can do a simple google search, "Quantum funds online scam' and you can see some posts of people saying there scam, but you also see some payment proofs, I learned my lesson in the HYIP industry and lost $12,000 , They are ALL a scam and they will all end up scamming in the long run, You've been warned.
Thanks for the advice, sure it can be a scam but some of my friends have been getting lots of profits from it, and i wanted to be sure if it was safe or not. But i think you are right, after lots of people start investing then they will take of with the money...
Their all scams. All of them. Only legtimate one I have ever found is by USAA a military only private insurance company. They got the best insurance if you got any immediate family in the armed service in America than you can get it. I'm 18 and my insurance is $400 every 6 months I pay every six months.

Check domain whois : whois.domaintools.com Check ns records to see how many times ownership has changed , too many times is a red flag, check domain age using whois. Open and check the history of the site http://www.archive.org/index.php See if site has remained consisitent or was redirected, check if site is black listed. Then, open alexa and check stats if listed.
