    I think you can even send 1 cent but in that case the reciever would not recieve anything. so normal amounts are around 25-30 cents.

    There is no minimum, you can send / withdraw even 1 cent :)

    I am not sure but the minimum fees charged by Paypal for a transaction is 0.30 and so if you intend to send really something to somebody, it has to logically be an amount greater than 0.30! :)

    You can even send .01$ which is 1 cent.. but it is never gonna reach the person..! the whole money gets converted to tax of paypal..!

    So send some thing like $.5 and that would give some fair amount of money in the receivers hand..!

    Sending small amounts in Paypal Gets a hell Of taxes..! so dont opt sending in paypal payments less than 10$ or you will be simply wasting money...!
