    what is the response time? 1 hour? 2 hours? 24hours, etc? this is also hopeful as well

    Less than an hour, depending on whats wrong - If a server is down ( Priority 1 ) response time is less than 15 minutes.

    If its not so urgent - under 30 minutes. All depends on the priority.
