PR 10 Sites on Web

Are there any PR 10 site expect for Facebook, google,yahoo,apple etc? I mean any personal PR10 blog or something?

 

I'm not sure of any personal PR site apart from some of these mentioned above, most of them are even PR 9 and not 10
