I figured out a way to remove rip off reports from ripoffreport.com and complaintsboards.com and sites like this and the owner is suing me. Is he Crazy? He is nothing but an extortionist. Anyway Lawyer says there is no way he will win. Just cracks me up

They might not win, but you will spend a lot of money making sure they don't. What's the purpose of your post anyway?

You could get in trouble if you hacked into the site or explited the site to do so. Also if you have an account and violated terms you might get in trouble. How much are they suing for? Jw.

What we do is more hide it than remove it. But we hide it even if you go onto the ripoffreport.com site. You won't find it there either. We created a software that hides the rip off reports and keeps it Down. We are not insiders. Our Web Developer David Catapano has been fighting ripoffeport for years. And just won a 9.5 million dollar lawsuit verse Classmates.com for false advertising

Starting threads like this is a bad start. I would guess that you are the owner of said
    site, looking for publicity.

If you really were on the receiving end of a $9.5 million windfall from a lawsuit, you
would not be piddling around here. Your lawyers would be doing it all. But that lawsuit
you refer to was initiated and won by an Anthony Michaels who sued because he upgraded,
only to have not a one old classmate contacting him. And he did not win a dime, really,
just $3. $3 was awarded to each member who upgraded after getting the iffy email. That is,
over 3 million users were awarded $3 in the $9.5 million total judgment.

    Dear confused (Stephen C)
here is the link to the article about the lawsuit.
    blogs.findlaw.com/decided/2010/03/very-classy-classmatescom-settles-deceptive-email-suit
Anthony Michaels was one of the plaintiffs, David Catapano was the other.
There is no reason to be so confrontational and aggressive.
    I come in peace.

I do work for The only company that can remove rip off reports. But I haven't put a website or contact information. I am only here to bitch and moan about rippoffreport.com and their frivolous lawsuit.
I have plenty of other post on here that are unrelated to my business.
This is under legal. It's about a lawsuit and the unethical practices of ripoffreport.com
I use this site all the time and there is a lot of valuable information on here and most of the people are cool.

    Well anyway Stephen C.
    Hope this clears things up.

Your man David was one of over 3 million + plaintiffs. It was a class action lawsuit.
each person got, get this.....three bucks! You made it sound as if YOUR boy
was the cause of the lawsuit. Michael was the one that started it, and the court made
it a class action lawsuit. My next door neighbor was probably a plaintiff too. So
what? You made it sound as if your man got $9.5 million. Well, $3 is not even close.

I think you are seriously confused.

Unless you gained un-authorized access to the system, they cannot sue you.

The two named LEAD Plaintiff's in the Case were David Catapano And Anthony Michaels. All you have to do is read, thats it... read. Anyone else that reads the link I put up or just do a simple google search david catapano classmates.com. There are only 2 named plaintiffs and they were the aforementioned.
Only an idiot would read the link provide or not be able to do a simple internet search David Catapano and Anthony Michaels were both lead plaintiffs. All you need is the internet to find this out. You don't need to listen to me.

Now, that's the WHOLE copy of your posted blog post. Where, pray tell, is your beloved David?

You are full of nonsense. Using a class action suit! I got $15 the other day from ATT. does
that mean now I can claim responsibility for a $30 million judgment against att for charging
fees that should not have? Your whole thread is crazy. Maybe you don't know what class
    action lawsuit means.

Stephen you are a stubborn one.
Below is the actual Class Action filing with Lead plaintiffs David Catapano and Anthony Michaels. This is a matter of public record. It's not hard to find. I don't know why I'm arguing with someone who can't even do a simple google search. David Catapano and Anthony Michaels both brought the suit both. The point is they are the ones that brought the lawsuit and they are the ones that made classmates.com pay 9.5 million dollars which will most likely put them
out of business because they used false advertising to lure new clients in. They deserve it and ripoffreport.com will get what they have coming to them.

Your very confused and misinformed Stephen C.
Class action suits are not about the money they are about getting justice for all the people classmates.com has been lying and cheating for over 15 years. They are the ones feeling the burn now.

We didn't access their site. It's a slander suit.
It's nonsense but we are working on a good counter suit including a taped telephone recording where owner of ripoffreport.com offered to take a person down for a fee. That's illegal and he is in for a big surprise

Do you know the difference between slander and libel?

    You posted:
"I do work for The only company that can remove rip off reports"

"What we do is more hide it than remove it"

Your claims are sure sounding like a lot on bullshit. Perhaps you should work your magic on getting this post about your company removed: Searchitseo will take your money and run. They are liers, scammers, deadbeat and cons.

While it is clear that David Catapano is involved... it is also clear that

...wasn't awarded millions based on your gist; he in fact only got $2500 (...and how much did he spend legally?)
