Guys check out my stats for yesterday, I got over 1,500 visits to my site and only had 3 clicks resulting in only $1.23

    I had over 1,800 impressions.

Please take a look at my site www.Aspired.net and tell me what you think I can do better to increase my earnings, or is this what people usually make with that amount of impressions or visits on a blog ?

your ctr is low; try different placement and type of ad you are using.

As I said to you earlier, the adsense on the left is not ideally located because it is the first in the html code. But if you do want it there, then remove all label above it.
Instead of sponsored links, put a link to another page of your site, or leave it empty.

As for the ads in the article pages, they need to be visible without scroling down the page, use 300x250px size.

your ctr is very low. the earning from 3 clicks is good.
Depend and from where you have the traffic. Is from Google ?

Ok i see, the reason I have sponsored link in the title is because if i leave it blank it goes in the left and messes up the template i dont know why, but my question would be... if not there on the left were do you recommend I put it ?

i can tell you one thing as you said your getting 1500 visitors but you got 1800 page impressions .just observe that statistics .if you got that much genuine visitors at least u should have 3000+page views.and that to your site PING Speed: 111.53 ms.

i guess your getting lot of pinging trafffic, the visitors will simply opening your site and closing it they are not surfing any pages in your site.

Why not have a link to one of your other pages or anything indeed, in place of the Sponsored Links? If it's a link to somewhere, I think it will not be seen as labelling the ads for click incentive. But of course don't put "click here" as the text of the link, do something neutral.

Only targeted visitors will convert as clicks. That means, go for organic search engine traffic. People coming from search engines are highly targeted and they are ready to click on your ads. If you are heavily doing untargeted traffic methods like twitter or bookmarking things, lower the rate. Twitter is good for a traffic spike but will not convert. Its why I stopped twitter marketing.

Try to get more pages indexed, do more SEO optimization, add unique content, build more links etc.
