I have been a member quite some time - but only became active on the forum recently. I have dealt with several people and all have been awesome and delivered what was (or more) than promised ... until the last person I worked with ... I entered into an agreement with them - paid them ... the next day they offered a great deal on what I needed - so I took them up on that as well ... Now - almost two weeks later - I have not received ANYTHING of which I paid from from one DigitalPoint member - I waited to give feedback ~HOPING~ they would deliver ... Today I gave feedback - but must wait to give feedback on the second one ... ? Meanwhile this Digital Point member is free to scam other members? Not happy to be out $145.00 - but thanks to this one person - I will not pay in advance for anything until received ... and thus I will ALSO miss out on things from SELLERS who have been burned by buyers. Something needs to be done to be able to deal with theft before weeks pass :-(
Thats pretty much rule number one of working online. Never pay until you have received what you asked for. Make sure you have their legit contact information, and document all your online interactions. I personally try not to deal with anyone that is from a different country purely because it is almost impossible to retrieve your money outside of your countries borders. Sorry to hear about that but its happened to the best of us. On a side note, when selling your products, try to get a deposit first and make sure that if they dont pay you still have some control over what you were selling. Research who you are dealing with first and it should save you a lot of headaches.
As you have already leave negative iTrader for that person, you have done your part. Now its other members responsibility to check that member's iTrader scores before dealing with him/her to avoid any problem. We can't do anything in that because we never get involve in members disputes. DON.
Please do not use the Suggestions/Feedback forum to make accusations about other members. As Don has said, you can leave itrader, and you can leave feedback in the threads that the business occurred. THAT'S IT! Anything beyond that is subject to attacking/harassing violations, and it makes no difference to us if you're the scammer or the scammee. If we were to allow you to trash-talk another member who allegedly scammed you, then we would also allow them to post about you. We're here to keep the peace, not sort out your business. Thanks.
This post is a suggestion to look at how limiting iTrader feedback to one per person per 24 hours can do a disservice to another who may be thinking to use the services of someone maybe they should not. Unless of course we are NOT to use this area for Suggestions and Feedback ... ?

Itrader is only available in certain areas of buy, sell, trade and not all areas. It areas eligible for I trader you have to be either the thread starter or have done business with the thread starter. If someone hijacked the thread hijacker and anyone doing business with hijacker are inelligible for itrader. Be sure to carefully read the message you get when you try to leave itrader.
Yes, I did have a business dealt with my client. That's why he sent me an itrader, and now he's waiting for me to send back an itrader.
The person who scammed me has changed their name and is now saying they had been hacked ... my gut tells me the hacked and the hacker are the same person.
It is not compulsory to give an iTrader reference when you do a deal, happy or not, it is your own choice and its also against the Rules for a member to request such.
Please specify the exact definition of that established member.. How can I be one of those established members? Of course, my clients would be expecting itraders from me. I already had three previous clients but I couldn't send them itrader
One of the definitions might include someone who does not hold multiple accounts...that's just my pinch on it.
