Buying SEO expert required

    hi there ,

    i have a php directory named www.flysounds.com that has 11k+ links and i would like to optimize it for best seo results .

    what i would like to get :
    1:a recommendation for more effective keywords .(current keywords effectiveness is very poor .
    2:seo work on current links and DB.

    terms :
    1:i pay 30% in advance rest after some proved results .
    2:supplier must provide me some proof of existence before i trust him with DB and site data.
    (phone number which i can call to+paypal account)
    3:results must be :

    • pages are indexed;
    • pages are well structured (with headers and subheaders etc.);
    • use descriptive page titles and other page text;
    • inbound links.
