    Hi Guys,
I live in South America and I see the possibility of opening a bank account in usa.
    But I have a doubt:
Suppose that my country can you opened a bank account in usa my name and verify my paypal with this account.
Paypal is very likely to me such as requesting documents (drivers license, telephone, ssn, etc).
If the name of the person shown in the documents is different from the person who owns bank account in this case I would have some problem with the verification of my account paypal?
    I hope I can help.
    Greetings.

Paypal is requested that you scan any document?

    Best regards.

If you open a US Paypal account with a US address and add a US Bank account which you verify, you should be OK.

But the thing is that PayPal has a system to flag your account if you are logging in from a non supported country.
If this happens, then they are going to ask you to call them from a US telephone number. This u can do with a
VOIP or Skype. They can also ask for docs.

So to aviod the above, you have to always log in with a US IP or VPN. I will not give out more in case PP is reading
    or watching.

Thank you very much for that information.
But I see something illogical PP procedure, assume that actually reside in the U.S. and a labor issue I have to travel to another country which is not registered in PP.

If you are shifting your base permanently to a non-supported country, Paypal requires you to close your account... but if you are just traveling for a shorter duration, you can inform Paypal of your plans and Paypal would be fine with it! :)

How one can open US bank account while he do not live there? I think if we set traveling status mode in pp ac then its easy to login while country not supports.

Same question. To get verified, you should have bank account or credit card issued in that country. In your case, the US of A.

It seems I have found a legal way of opening an account in use.
But I have a fear that when everything is turned on and I begin to manage Paypal account from my country to realize that I am not in a country enabled and I close the account, that's great fear.
    Greetings.

Make sure you have a bank account or credit card from the country you are opening Paypal account. If you are in South America, then I suggest open a Paypal account in your country and not in US but you never mention which country you are in right now.
