Is this really PR 7?

Please explain your method of figuring it out.

prchecker.com it will do all you need. I think that the site is not the /whatever just the domain.

 

The whole page seems to be PR7. The domain is PR9 and valid so it is normal that pages are PR7 or even PR8.

so it's not faked, links inside will probably also be quite high. How it got away with the random links on the bottom-right, beats me!

 

This site has a strange PR somehow

You can check by insert the url with this PR checker tools - here. Choose second option for checking URL.

P.S. I do not think this one is fake from having different PR for the two versions. This is a bad practice of link managment from the beginning. It should be selected one version - www / non-www and build links toward only one version to prevent PR splitted like this. It can still be fixed by do 301 redirect from one version to another version.

Its probably a student who tried to make some sales for quick money.

I reported it to the institute management, I guess he gonna get kicked.

 

I've got PR 0 for your page...
I'm using google toolbar... Then I've checked again it was PR 7...
Then again PR 0... Very strange... I happens to me only when google update is "on", but it isn't at the moment.

It should be real PR as it seems to be DMOZ listed Google listed and Yahoo! listed but google toolbar seems to be quite confusing when it comes to this certain url...

I also agree with the Zesmwdia, & want to share my point of view that it is neither faked nor baseless. There are logical & technical groundings which support it.
