    Seeu, why should I replace text with logo? Seo wise it is not better. Thank you for suggestion #2, it does seem scattered down in footer area :)

    create your site brand you need a logo with originality, SEO is of course important, but i think end-user experience is everything, also you could optimize your logo to make it more SEO friendly, google it and good luck :)
