why wont google accept my xml sitemap

i made the sitemap from http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ and uplaoded the sitemap.xml and pass it to google webmasters...in my 2 sites it had an error...

did something change on their settings?...

Have you provided proper sitemap url? Make sure your sitemap is free from errors. I think you uploaded it on some other path.

I use xml-sitemaps as well and I have never had a problem... what's the error message?

 

Thanks I was also using this website to generate site map...

 

For me, I use an add-on for my zen-cart system in generating xml sitemap and then submit them to Google. I think you might authenticate your sites firstly before you could submit your sitemap.

What kind of error message did you get? Google will accept your sitemap if it is properly done. What kind of your website platform too?
