I'm trying to stick to 3D + a single word, but the good ones are getting harder to find. I did get a 3D + two word (3dVideoOnline.com) the other week because I thought it was pretty damn decent.
Also picked up 3dCameraLenses.com today because of its potential, especially if lens systems like this catch on.

I wouldnt bother with 4D names guys, 3D is still in its infancy and you are grabbing 4D names, you willl have to hold them a long time, I see the comments about how 4D is out in some places, but it really isnt being called that, its more motion and interactive stuff

yep my thoughts as well thats why i have just grabbed two names see how it goes but it has been a big hit in korea but a long way off if at all only took cinema4d.us because of the search volume

You are right. The 4th dimension they call is nothing but some physical effect like floor vibrations, smoke etc.
There can't be any 4th dimension in - length, breadth and depth..............whats next?

 

tbh now in the 3d domain market is getting a bit hard to get names unless you want to payout for one already registered i would rather take a chance on a couple of names like

why not if i go register a domain name now for 3d you can guarentee it wont be worth much if it is then its all down to pure and utter luck as all decent names are gone if i buy any more 3d names now they will have to be absolute gems and the amount of 3d domains being bought and people looking is astronomical (stopped counting at 5,000 lots more than that all up for sale ) its highly unlikely you will find any real gems worth a good amount not registered.
take a look at cinema4d.us tbh the traffic for it beats many peoples 3d domain registrations here already not defending the whole 4d thing far from it but it has more potential then registering another lame 3d name and i wont buy anymore 4d but nothing wrong with having a couple like this i dont think.

 

i agree giles .. i won't but anymore 4d .. i grabbed my 4dMovieTheaters.com and am more than happy to walk away with that as my only one.
i think the experience is a great ride that will have a real hard time breaking into mainstream homes, so i don't see much expansion here to the homes.

... but i DID like my 4dMovieTheaters as a directory that could actually get a ton of visitors if setup properly by the time it comes mainstream (if so)
$7.00 seems like a fair enough punt... even with two more years of reg ($21) still seems like a fair shake, but agreed... don't anyone go crazy here.
