Selling TV Niche - Great Domain - Great Revenue $$

I'm selling my TV site. This site is a keyword rich domain based on a single TV show. It's a new series in its first season so there is a TON of potential. So far the ratings have been great and the show is really popular.

My host went bust beginning first week of March so I lost my traffic stats (they were self-hosted with Piwik). I just put the site back up a few days ago so that's why it's missing the last 2 episodes. I will add the episodes before I sell the site.

The site is ranking great with the SERPS. You can check yourself. The two main search terms are "Watch Caprica" and "Watch Caprica Online". Most of the traffic is organic but there are also ways of getting referral traffic (I will explain all referral traffic techniques to the buyer)

The site is monetized with CPALead. From January 22 to March 10 I've made over $140. I was just about to move the gateway to Adscend since they convert a lot better. I will explain to the buyer how to maximize conversion with the gateway.

My BIN is only 4x earnings and there is a ton of potential with the site. I just don't have time to work on it.

Any traffic proof? And if you have took off CPA Lead to replace with Adsense can you show us the Adsense earnings?

actually, i mean is it against the TOS of adsense to post on these sites? i mean yes i do know you're not hosting the videos on ur site, but u're providing information to pirated links. will u be penalised by adsense?

 

I just added adsense on March 2. It had about 800 impressions per day until around March 12 when the site was down. Revenue from adsense was around $4. I can provide proof if needed.

 

You can always remove the adsense if you fear getting banned. It's not the adsense that is making money anyway.
