KKR messed it up in their last 10 overs after Gayle's thunderous start.
and Ganguly just dropped kallis in first over as well.

KKR losing the match today not only spoil their own chances but also that of CSK and DC! This win once again puts RCB in the second spot due to better run-rate even though they are tied on 12 points with DD and RR!

Today... both DD and RR have to win their respective matches to get themselves tied with the table topper MI at 14 points! :)

I think it may come come down to net run rate, remember last year? Both Deccan and Punjab had 14 points after their 14 league matches, but DC had better run rate and went on to winning the IPL2

Yea, but 2 or more teams can end up with 14 or 16 points, in that case run rate will be considered.

Those are away games....MI were good at their home ground (in fact every team), but now they have to play away from their home, and they lost last two games.
Lets see what they can do against RR today, where RR never ever lost any games at their home ground. Go RR!! \,,/

    MI 174/5 in 20 Overs.

Sachin overtakes Bangalore's all-rounder Jacques Kallis.

    Hats of inning by Sachin.

I don't know how they are already qualified for semis... What if they lose their remaining matches..and.. five or six teams end up in 16 points..and Mumbai net run rate comes low than others.. ?

They are into semis and no, five or 6 teams just cannot end up with 16 points, each team only has 3/4 matches left.

Records are meant to be broken.... and unfortunately for RR, this 'unbeatable at home ground' record was broken as well, by an excellent performance once again... from record breaker 'Sachin Tendulkar' himself! :)
