Buying, improving, and selling real estate is truly a Romanic idea -- it is just appealing in all aspects and something that is as American as it comes. We believe real estate IS the way to make money and that we can flip houses and apartments to build wealth and security. That is why this game has success written all over it..

Its truly a unique and wonderful idea -- being able to buy and sell apartments in a virtual simulated market and play with real money! Your players deposit money via Paypal into the site and engage in purely peer to peer skilled gaming. Since people don't have tens of thousands of dollars to spend on real estate right now they can get online and buy these 'Virtual Properties' for a profit and live the dream until this rough economy turns around. The website allows users to signup and choose if they want to play for fun or for real profits. If they choose real profits then they can make a deposit into the game and exchange their real money for Virtual Dollars.

The website displays 13 available virtual properties which can be bought and sold every 15-20 minutes in a 'fast-forward' economy. Each property has detailed information such as market value and indicators that control its price and growth. How The Website Makes Money
Every website has to 'monetize' as they say. I never understood the term because I always just considered it 'turning a profit'. I don't build things to 'monetize' -- I build them to yield sales and revenues and profit because that is what pays the bills. There is no 'bailout' for people like me -- we have to pay our own bills and because of this I can't, and cannot expect you, to purchase something for this amount of money and not expect a return and see profits. This being said -- let me tell you how this site grows money on trees.

I'm an experienced developer/webmaster. I took 5 minutes to review the control panel and it's impressive at first glance. There is no logical reason to sell this at $375 unless you intend to sell MULTIPLE copies? Please explain the price to us.

 

I do not plan to sell multiple copies of this. The reason for sale is have to pay off some offline debt urgently.

I remember when this script was selling on DP last year for $1500 and some guy tried to sell multiple copies when he didnt have the reseller rights to do that. He was banned when the creator of the script came to the thread. This script does NOT come with reseller rights!!
