    I just started my forum last month.. I currently have 1,043 members.
    Question is: What is the best way to make income off my forum. It has adult content.

    Adult content ....you could use affiliate links (there are tons of adult affiliates..that I assume would pay a lot).

    or you could create your own subscription based membership.

    yea i tried that. after every first post i put a affiliate banner. didnt convert well at all maybe 6 bucks a day max. On a good day
