I am written and uploaded an article last year for my web page. Now 2 months ago one blogger copied my content. Now his content is showing in google if i paste that content in google, instead of mine. So it means that google considered his content as original and if there is any penalty then it's for me right ?? I am also observed many such cases.. So google is giving priority for top domains when checking the duplicate content even it is copied... it is partiality right ?...
maybe the problem is he has the services of Copyscape and you do not, or you have sell that article to the other one
i'm not sure still if there is a solution for these. PLR articles are also posted as it is in lots of sites without even rewritting so i guess google haven't figured out what to do with this.
I think you are right, the only solution right now for you is to post a similar thread on the google forum and let all the people know whatz the mistake.
Blogger has a restricted rules regarding to contents copied. You can report Google with a proven evidence for your owner right. Those Blogger page and acoount would be perished in a soon. You can report them here You can also read here for more information - How to Complain and Report Spam Blogger Blogs You can track officially from Google on spam report here
this is a bit concerning for all those people who thought (at least) their work was protected to some degree as google would only index the original once. I hope this was a "one off"
Ya, i think so. Backlinks play a major role here. If wikipedia copy paste you blog contents then i'm sure wikipedia will rank No. 1 !! If luck is not with u then ur site will be shown in 'omitted searches' !! I really think the authority of a site plays a major role.
