I need a logo designed. Details Below: Logo Outline: Name: Young Property Management LLC Element: Old Key Theme: Suburban Style: Classy, Modern Winner Provides: Logo with full rights to the logo. No stock art, nothing that you can't give me 100% rights to. I need file formats of png, jpg and psd. Any fonts that are not windows standard will need to be sent. I know this doesn't include a key, but I was having a hard time illustrating a key so I came up with this. The emblem was done by me in Illustrator so the entire logo is vector artwork:

Currently the entries submitted by FostinFD, Homeblogger, and Pehulz are closest to what I am looking for. I really like how they tied everything in the outline together. Since I am pretty sure I have received everyone's entries, I am going to go ahead and announce the contest winner a little earlier than expected. It was a tie between FostinFD, Chewysmom and HomeBlogger, my client made the final choice on this. And... Drumroll... the contest winner is... HomeBlogger!!
