    Several questions :

    If the site makes $1500 / month , why would you sell it for just $3000 ? you should sell it atleast for $40,000 even if you need quick money .
    What's the source for revenue on the site for paypal's payments ? Adsense doesn't pay via paypal ,Reviews don't make alot of money unless you have 20 k visitor per day or a pr like pr 5 . ,
    Paypal can't be a proof since that you can run 20 sites and get money into one paypal account .

    When I see this kind of mistake and 2 about pages the first thing that comes to my mind is that the website is set up some days ago... I think it is created on April 9

    I don't think that such kind of website can earn $1,500.00USD in a month...

    If the site really makes $1500/mo, you could sell it faster if asking around $10k. The sites priced at 2x monthly revenue smells fishy.

    Can you please post more details about the revenue (how many paid links, how many paid reviews, what price etc)?

    When you have multiple websites that make money through PayPal, always add another email account to your PayPal account by going to Add/Edit Email Addresses. Then all payments for that particular site can be sent to (for example). When you're showing PayPal screenshots you can then select an email filter for only payments made to - and this shows at the top of the PayPal screenshot so there's no problems.
