lolopo-I really like this as a vector graphic, if you can work in the name in a nice font and the color specs with spashes, little squares or something (somehow to tie it back to the old one) this could work

I do like the way you worked in the old logo with little bits of color. I dont like this nested DAA or the font. I would prefer the nested DAA from the new logo listed as an example

I like the splash, not the nested DAA. Like the others I prefer the DAA on the new logo in the provided example. White type font ok but a little stagant.

 

thanks for the feedback, this one was my original design which I thought you may find to be too close to your sample.

 

I like the vector piece and would like it more with a different type font, work the old logo color bits into it somehow

 

I like this better. I am not fond of the type font and perhaps the color pieces would be better somewhere inside the nesting DAA, like atthe bottom r something?

 

There are some very cool designs here. My feedback I realize is pretty lame as I cant really pinpoint how to communicate what I like or dont. I have given my faves some feedback. great work. Lolpo, Ato and Hecky's I like because they are compact. I like having it fairly compact if possible.

Hecky-what I like about this is that it is unique and easily brandable. It does not tie back to the old log though and that is important.

 

ok-now we are getting closer. I like this much better. Even more compact would be a plus. Maybe Digital art by it self and Academy on the side or vise versa

You may contact me over PM, and I've given details on how to get the PSD should I win, however my only contact is through the browser on my phone, so I wont be able to do very much. After the week is up I'll make amendments to the logo as required.

I like this much better, nice and compact, I like the way it is tied to old logo by the small color pieces. I am not fond of the font. The main DAA I would rather see something similar to Heckys or Lolopo's

 

Much closer to what I am looking for. Love the splash of color although i would like to see that opaque instead of transparent. Also would like to work a way to tie it to the old logo. Not big on the nested DAA and like mentioned in other posts I like what Hecky and lolopo have done.

 

much closer. What I like most is the button and how it is really compact. Not so enthralled with the type font, dont really like that much color in the DAA. Can you put chunks in the little swirl that is in between the DAA and the written words. What would it look like with the circle being shaped like a palette instead. Might not look good at all...just thinking out loud.
