    Here are my advices :)

    1. You have to change your mindset first. PR has nothing to do with traffics and SERPs and cannot be a website indicator either. Focus on building link for traffics and not for PR.

    2. You should change the way you are doing for internal linking purpose. You have overdoing it and it would be harm more than help. You have put 3-5 links to inner category page per post and it does not make sense for doing it.

    3. Your domain is only 7 months 22 days old and still be considered as new. Be patient and keep going with building links and contents. Focus on quality link and not based solely on PR.

    4. What is your desired keyword really? Telecommunication? If yes, I would recommend you go back to keyword research and choose another less competitive keyword to play with first. Your site cannot be compete with authoritative sites that current ranked for "Telecommunication" in every SEO perspective.

    5. Are your contents unique?

Pagerank has just some effect on your SERPs and isn't what really should be focused on. More importantly you should focus on quality links from relevant sites using the anchor text for the keywords you're focusing on

For more traffic you put your site in social network like digg, twitter, as so many you will find in google from there you get more traffic if your site content is good than you get many many traffic

You should do a keyword analysis, find some keywords that could bring you traffic but with low competition. Find as many as you can.
Create an internal page optimized for each keyword (make sure your site structure and on-page SEO is fairly good) and then build backlinks to these internal pages.

DO you have content that is unique and is of interest to your readers?
PR does not have any bearing on traffic. You should try and get good content and then use article submission sites or social bookmarking sites to promote your site.

    thanks for your advice.

yes your right that my first priority is how to get high PR. I will reconsider my mindset

my keyword is " mobile broadband service" and "mobile internet service". by searching on google it will be in 2nd pages. I have tried to be on first page but seems still not working

Yes off course, my content is unique

    I think I need more time :)

In my own experiences, PR would not relate to traffic or SERP directly. You need to introduce social media sites for your traffic purpose. Promoting your sites via social bookmarking and social networking platforms would be really helpful in generating traffics. :)

    Thanks,

If Your website has always appeared on Google SERP, then creating Good titles and descriptions is the Basic solution. Just think about: How Attractive or How Interesting was Your Website Snippet to users on Google SERP.
