paypal India - Here is Next Problem - Now you can not pay outside

Surprisingly, I didn't receive any email regarding Paypal Debit Card.

 

I checked them out, they are very strict in verification for big businesses. It's not easy to do business with them.

 

Well even I didn't get any messages from PayPal since that Withdrawal process resume option. I am now really doubt on this mail as it should be mass Phishing mail I guess.

 

Yes, but at least you are secure an features are highly better than paypal (like withdraw to your payoneer card ..)

 

But First name and Last name are same as that i have given in PayPal account. Then do you think DB of PayPal is hacked?
Although , i have small doubt in this Mail - normally i get mail from but now,

 

There are thousands of sites on the net offering anonymous mailing services

the headers says its legit though the bounced mails go to this domain mkt2566.com

 

seems to me this paypal email is genuine. it usually takes 3 days for paypal servers to email all indian users.

confused with all this really... i still have not got any emails from paypal,
hope its all a phishing email thing and i will forget all this as a nightmare tomorrow lol...

 

I haven't got this email for my premier PayPal account, but got in for personal account. Neither my brother have received this email for his premier PayPal account. So I guess these rules are only for Personal account holder.

 

I got mail for my premier accnt , my brother for personal accnt. and business accnt i dont have

 

i have premier paypal account i got the email from paypal, i withdrawn all amount to my bank after getting that email from paypal although i didn't wanted to do so for 1-2 months

 

i to got the mail this mail comes from pp only no dout on that

 

I've transferred all money to my namecheap account so that I can renew and register domains till I get my CC.

 

It's almost confirm that this is just fake mails as bounced mails go to this domain mkt2566.com
