Now this is just my 2 cents guys ...

If we are talking about Traffic, it is divided into two:

FREE Traffic ~ For starter which just start a blog or website (for those who have more time and less money)
First Week
Write 10 unique articles, submit them to ezinearticle
Write 3 unique articles, submit them to Squidoo, Hubpages and Zimbio
Submit to Social Networking site such as Digg, Delicious, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit
If you running a blog, post 3-5 new articles in your blog each day.

Week 2 and so on...
Submit 5 articles to ezinearticles and submit 1 unique articles to each article directory such as goarticles, articlebase, etc.
Submit at least 1-2 unique articles each and every week to web 2.0 sites such as squidoo, hubpages, zimbio
Submit to Social Networking sites
Write blog post 5 articles each day
Participate in forum related to your niche
Participate in blog writing related to your niche (DoFollow)

And If you got money to spend you can go to;
PPC (adwords)
CPV (MediaTraffic)
or...
