If running Windows, try, start, run, command, tracert digitalpoint.com. After you are through with tracedrt, type exit to close the command prompt.
Thanks, I tried that. It starts bringing up lines with what looks like IP addresses. Then the window closes by itself after a few seconds so I dont have time to see what's there.
Same problem. I did a quick search and UK people are having this problem. It keeps timing out and not loading. I'm having to use a VPN from France to access DP. Really pointless
Open a command prompt window first - enter 'cmd' in the run prompt - and try using tracert. If you type tracert in the run prompt itself... then the dos windows opens and closes as soon as the command is completed! Regards, RightMan
