Why you want to remove the footer link??? I assume the theme is free and the only thing they want is to keep the footer intact. Support the work if you're going to use it will you.
It can be removed easily but this will be copyright infringements, do respect the creators hard work and leave the links intact. They have provided the templates free so that they can propagate their links.
How can i remove?.. i only want remove because this theme have poker links and i dont want my adsense account banned.
They are usually quite easy to decode but.... If you are using a free theme then you almost certainly are not allowed to remove it. If you dont like it being there, use a different theme or create your own.
Removing footer links is NOT copyright infringement. That is ridiculous. If a theme is released for free and the author claims Creative Commons, as so many do, then it is "free to use as you see fit"..that doesn't mean "You are obligated to advertise any Pharmaceutical and Hosting company that I decide to add to the footer." Under that logic then, you aren't allowed to edit or customize the theme in any other way. There is nothing sacred about the footer. If the theme designer has stated specifically that you must leave the footer links intact to use the theme, then yes, you should leave them, or find another theme. What I see so many times is that a theme designer will promote a theme and show a demo that doesn't show or make any mention of any footer links, only to find out when you download the theme and install it, there are links encrypted throughout the footer and other places in the theme. That's B.S. and unscrupulous. Personally, I wouldn't take the time to decrypt any theme from a designer that has duped me into installing links. I would delete it and make sure that I never use anything from that designer ever again. Some people are O.K. with the trade off if the designer is straight up about it. Those that aren't don't use free themes and that is one of the main reasons why. All you need to do is take your question, "How To Remove Encrypted Footer From Wordpress Theme? " and put it into Google and you will find a bunch of articles that show you how.
Sometimes I see footer links to unrelated things so I think it is a good reason to remove, but at least make a donation if you find out who created it Just do as hmansfield said and surely you will find a solution.
Then just forget about that theme and search for another free theme for your blog as its really a bad practice to remove footer links. You need to maintain those links as you are using their theme free. DON.

Yes of course. I said I completely agree that you should honor this. It's an agreement. Plain and simple. If you can't deal with it, get or buy another theme.
Hire a coder, if you want to get the footer links removed, get it a bit modified to your needs too...
