Provide good content so that you can make them stay longer to your webpages. You better put target="_blank" on your links to minimize bounce rate.

Check your site if you are targeting the write keyword for your site and also try to analyze the design. Maybe the design was not attractive or content is not useful which lead to your visitors to leave the site.

How does that help? Could you explain a bit more?

My site is company website having information about what we are doing and our company profile. How can i make useful content to attract user to my website? I found that bounce rate of any company website is high as compare to other website.

Usually around 60% is ok, I got my site down to 38% which is great :)
Mine was up around 70% before, but then I put some interactive applications what is also relative to my website and the rate has plummeted. Sometimes, something as simple as a fun quiz on your website can bring that rate down dramatically, but depends on your website.

place relevant information on your website and that shouldn't be a long theory that should be point wise content, If you explain it in illustrated way then will be more interesting for user
