Yes it only can increase your sales but will leave back link for your website.

I don't think there are BOT to help you write article.
You should write the article yourself for better result.

 

Option 1, you get a bot to rewrite articles and then post them on all the article directories you can find - this will get you backlinks for better serps, if its done right. As for traffic from that article, not the best since people wont understand it.

Or, Option 2, you write quality articles and post them on the ezinearticles article directory - since it has the most traffic that I know of and so the articles dont get penalized for duplicate content. At the same time, you focus on SEO by having that article target a specific keyword and build up its SERP for that keyword via backlinks onto that article from forums, social media, related sites...etc. With this way, you will get higher conversion rates when people read it and it will improve your sites serp for the VALUED Back Link.

if you write the article and sell your copyright service, then i see potential in making money. otherwise it is done strictly for back linking purposes or branding! You can start your own article directory > acquire a decent amount of visitor-ship and maybe advertisers will want to post ads on your site for a fee (Adsense)

 

Yeah why not ? provide your article marketing service in BST ( Service ) section .. You must have a list of quality article directory. If you don't have a list then find out through google or other search engine ..
