    PR1 domain with dormant content (only 1 short intro text). I had high hopes in developing some really cool content for it, but never had the time to do it. It's suppose to be a site to get ideas about how to research a niche site, keyword development, popular niche recs, niche marketing strategies and so on. No promotion or link building whatsoever has been done on this domain.

    Looking for fast sale. Not accepting downbids.
