Suggest a file download plugin for a wordpress blog

Can you please suggest me a wordpress plugin that helps to upload files, provide download link with a thumbnail and maintain download statistics.

I found few plugins but they just providing text links for download but not the thumbnails

Please suggest me.

i did not use that function but http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/download-monitor/ has the thumbnail function.

It has a thumbnail feature but its in the admin area. I was unable to find on how to use thumbnail in the posts!

while you are adding a new post, you will see the upload icon under title field(not the wp upload icon. plugin icon is on the right side of the other icons). click the icon and you will see the thumb function.
