I am totaly confused, why google send me this on email?

    Hello,

Your ads are not running because your credit card issuer declined our
attempt to process a payment of GBP5.00 on 06-Apr-2010 using your
    primary credit card.

Your credit card issuer declined the payment on your primary credit
card because there were insufficient funds. We'll try to charge your
card again in a few hours, but you may wish to contact your credit card
issuer as well to ensure that your account has sufficient funds for a
    charge in this amount.

To update your credit card information, please follow the instructions
    in our Help Centre: https://adwords.google.com/support/?hl=en_GB

If you don't manually make changes to your payment information, our
system will automatically try to charge your card(s) again within the
next 24 hours. If that charge attempt fails, we won't make another
attempt and we'll send you another email notification like this one.

Once we're able to authorise a payment successfully, your ads will
begin running again. Keep in mind that it may take a few hours before
your Billing history page reflects this with a 'Payment made'
transaction. There's no need to contact us to reactivate your ads or
    account.

Thank you for advertising with Google AdWords.

    Yours sincerely,

    The Google AdWords Team

If you are using adwords then confirm if your ads are running or not.

    If you Are NOT using adwords;
    1) Confirm that the link (https://adwords.google.com/support/?hl=en_GB) in the email actually directs to that site, Alot of scammers will use a URL as a link text to trick people into believe they are visiting a legitimate site. - hover over the link, It should show in the toolbar, or somwhere, depending on your email client if not, Click on it, and see what address ends up in the address bar of your browser.

If it DOES direct you to the real google adwords website but you are not using adwords, contact google + your bank to figure out who is using it,
If it Doesn't direct you to google, Ignore it, it's a fake and someone is trying to scam you into giving them your credit card details.

    Hope this helps.

You DO have to pay for the ads...this is more of an Adwords question than Adsense...have you contacted your credit card company to see if there are any issues...that's the first thing I'd do, yup.

Well sounds like a CC problem ... have you even attempted to contact your CC company? Sometimes if there is too many charges in a short period of time they may deny and it could be an indication someone other than you has access to your CC info.

Not much google can do until you clear it up.

WE don't know!! Contact your CC to see what the problem is because there apparently is one. Once you have that resolved, or are told there is no problem, contact Google. After that, if you so desire, come back and post in the ADWORDS (not ADSENSE) forum what you found out.

It seems that you run an Adwords campaign and you inputted your credit card.

And when it actuality, your card is a debit card that needs to be funded before it can be use. You have started a campaign in Adwords, it had run then your funds on debit card runs out and then google put your campaign on hold.
