Is Kotak Blocking Paypal?

    Guys,
    I have tried to add my kotak netcard to paypal. But I am not receiving the transaction 4 digit code. Anyone else got similar problem? Paypal says verify card but in kotak net banking card is showing as unused. What is going on?

    Why use a card.... when Paypal can now be verified with your bank account itself! :)

    Yes, Now onwards, we can verify directly from bank. Paypal is sending two testing amounts to bank, and people should enter those two numbers exactly and thats it, you are verified.

    SO did any of you tried to add kotak netcard to paypal. Pls. update your feedback. can't add bank account. i don't want to. thanks in advance.

    Yes, if a country is not mentioned, you have to assume the person means India.
