    You have a flux in different datacenters... may be google is testing/fixing something again..

    Of all the wonderful web sites we make. Surely someone has the brains to build a web site so people can register their url's and when the PR of that url changes an email is sent out to the user informing them of the change. It does not have to stop there. You could also get a report on backlinks and their PR as well etc..

    Why is it that I have these ideas and no one to build it?

    i think its Backlink update as one of my website has got baklinks increase on couple of datacenters but no PR increase.

    Looks like they are still in the process of updating backlinks... just noticed another change back to the higher backlinks...

    BTW, how often does google typically update it's backlink index? Any rhyme or reason like PR (seems every 3 months or so)?

    Additionally, not seeing any changes in PR, though.
