Try Smowtion ads, they have good eCPM, much more higher than $0.20, it will suite your number of visitors just fine, and if you get clicks/conversion you will see significant increase in eCPM. Last week i got 1 click of $3.07.

I try Adonion recently because they do the promotion. I ask them to target high CPM banners to me. The eCPM is around $0.28.

Well i will say mediashaker works for me best.Cause they have 1$ minimum paypal payout. Its easy to reach not like other site 50$,100$ etc etc. There cpm varies with the amount of traffic you supplied.Average its 0.30cent to 0.50cent for me.It increase to more for the amount of the traffic and quality.

are they like paid-to-promote.com kind of site??
Cause this kind of site has higher cpm but their ads contain malware and blocked by most of the traffic exchange site.So its hard to give traffic to it.

It's not like neoffic or other site like this that contains malware or redirections, it its not an iframe CPM, its a clean CPM.
I tested the ads from them with Google Diagnostic and other sites to be sure.
And I didn't receive any complaints from my visitors from any of my sites.
It pays really good compared to any CPM I've ever used. :)
