Breakfast is most important meal of the day but actually eating 5 smaller meals a day is better than 3 larger meals. It speeds up metabolism
I rarely miss any meal in a day and if so, it could be due to inevitable travel associated with my duty. But I am more careful about excess food intake.
I have a very shallow diet, i take meal only once in a day....drinks plenty of fruit juice to supplement deficiency......
I eat 5-6 small meals a day, yeah I'm a fitness junky, but eating smaller meals with more meals a day keeps your metabolism constant throughout the day. I try not to skip but it inevitably happens sometimes anyways tho, shame on me.

That's very true and very wise. I try telling people if they want to lose weight then the best way is to have 5 or 6 small meals combined with exercise of sufficient intensity to break a sweat. That way their metabolic rate will increase, energy levels will increase and they will lose weight. But do they listen to me? No.
