How is it strong? “This domain name expired on 01/24/2010 and is pending renewal or deletion.”

The Godaddy page is still cached by Google.

I’m sure that the PR will soon be gone, in the meantime you will get mugs thinking the PR will remain.

And you will probably tell us how you will promote it and keep the PR.

If you think that it will not help you , then just ignore it . What about how I'm going to maintain the PR - the answer is " via link link building "

 

Let’s face it, you bought the domain name because it was PR 6. If that isn’t the case then why didn’t you buy a related domain name and build it up, instead of buying a PR6?

Soon it will be filled with Casino/adult listings.

What has Jugla West got to do with a directory?

Have you any idea how hard it is to keep a PR6 on a bidding directory.

Sorry but its posts like this that makes premium membership look like a joke.

Total waste of time, OP asked for comments so that is mine.

Converting a totally irrelevant domain to a directory is sneaky and most of these type of people are looking to just build up some traffic so they can flip the site and make money.

 

your PR6 will be PR1 or PR0 by the end of this month. Because all are expecting PR update end of this month.

if you keep referring to it by PR its likely to be a quick reduction.

It’s not totally unexpected as you change to a bidding directory close to an update; let’s see how long it lasts. Once people see that the site has changed it will start losing incoming links, and I will still take you up on your wager!

But Brian you're missing 2 things from your view ,

" Website have very few links , but all links are from joomla.com and have very strong PR juice and Authority " , that was the reason I was ready to place a bet with you.


" I do not need this directory's PR to survive long time, one PR period is enough for me to make great ROI , and especially with PR7 " and this time I will not wager with you as I'll lose that bet obviously , as during next 3 month it will start to lose it PR , as google is lowering pagerank for bidding directories. So on next update I expect pr4-5 , but again it will happen only 3 month later and I have plenty of time to make good payoff

 

Now we are getting closer to the truth...

Once that backlink is removed your site will be lucky to hold pr2, in the meantime you will rake $$$$ of people aiming to gain PageRank, money that will be wasted in a few month time.

You couldn’t care less about providing value as long as you make some money.

With spam like that one, I'm sure no respectable company will submit to your BID directory and surely won't give you BL
