We hope to do away with unrelevant search results for good. With your help, we can build the Olcore database and make it happen.

Do a search for "diet" on Google and you will see websites with deep pockets that bought Sponsored Links and who can afford to pay top dolar per click to be on top. Why shouldn't the popular diet forum have a chance to be on top of that list? Just because a website can spend money, doesn't necessarily mean it's more relevant.

 

There have tons of search engines online. I don't think Olcore will be next google, but I think it has a chance to become next entireweb. Anyway entireweb is very successful

 

What is this?

It is not even a search engine. It is only a directory script with the directory listings stripped out, while keeping the search feature intact. Quit trying to make a fool out of everyone.

I searched for the letter 'a' and got 5 results.
Then I searched for 'the' and got the same 5 results.
Then I searched 'for' and got 2 results of the same 5 paying customers.

This is feels like a scam. Please prove me wrong.

Now, let me assure you that no one is to be made a fool of. The technology behind Olcore is far more advanced than a simple directory search script. It is designed in such a way to be simple to use. Experienced staff and well written code do the rest in the background.

As far as your search results, your results are expected. As it says on the site, let us all build Olcore.com together! Olcore is still new, and there are not many sites submitted, but as it grows it will be a major benefit to the searchers and webmasters who use it. Since Olcore's databases are still in the early stages of growing, we have only a small amount of results to display. If you make your searches more specific, say by using the keyword stars for instance, you will get more exact results. Keep in mind that if you search for the letter a on Google, you are going to get about 25 and a quarter billion results.

I'm not sure how that could be. We have had several submissions with gmail addresses, including one of my own sites. Try it again and if you are still unable to get it to go through, send me all your information on the contact form and I will enter it in our database by hand.
