This seems to be looking good. But with so many stuffs going on over the net. Will they be cope up with the PUSH service for the bloggers ?
Google usually has a cached version of my pages in it's index within 2 or 3 seconds of it being posted
I see many bloggers complaining about new posts getting indexed. While I'm sure most of these (if any) are not authority blogs, real time indexing may be restricted to sites like Twitter. If Google is going to go real time, they still have a lot of work ahead of them...
Really bad idea. Lots of dead, abandoned sites soon without any traffic. The serps will get crappier and crappier with tons of real time spam and good, older, valuable info. buried under a pile of crap. Google will be a breaking news site, not a search engine anymore. Coke and Ebay's history comes to mind. They better quit screwing around. Facebook is opening datacenters all over and stealing their employees. Recently they surpassed Google on traffic.
wonder why this was not done earlier.. but i fell people can exploit this for cheap / quick traffic posting info on breaking news..
wowwww i am so happy now we may come out form labor works to index our new content...thanks for sharing..
yes, real time indexing is very quick with twitter, but isnt there a problem if someone uses short url? redirect url is not used?
