Im just a newbie. and it seem so stupid. but can u advise for me how to get higher rank , about how to get back links, and traffic. lol.

Yes, to get a higher PR you need backlinks but not only that traffic, domain age and may be there are some other reasons as well. To get backlinks submit your website to directory's, social websites, forums, you can exchange links with others or buy one way links.

How to buy- buy relevant links related to your niche. If you're buying, try and make it look natural.

There are other places on the internet you can buy from, but you'd probably get better rates as you are cutting out the middleman. Plus, by buying links here, you are not screaming from the rooftops to Google that you bought a link.

For high pr there is no such big requirement i have pr3 website which had only 15 backlinks. Google page ranking is crazy.
