Yes submissions are automatic. If all stat/whois pages get indexed they will all result in backlinks- 31,000.

 

Doesn't Google penalize a site, if it gets such an amount of backlinks in a short time? Or will the indexing be spread over month, which would mean it will take a long time to see results.

 

well i guess if google will find out that this is something not real and automatically, Google will penalize the site

Google won't penalize you as what would stop you doing it to all of your competitors sites to get them banned? I've run it on many of my own sites an have seen no ill effect.

 

can you customize keywords on these stat site pages? or are they just your sites url linked to your sites url lmao. coz thats kinda what im thinking will happen here

No you can't customize keywords. But this package will get you indexed and a whole bunch of backlinks.

 

It does sound a great service but adding all that amount would that not send up a red flag to Google as i am interested in adding my url shortening site but i am holding back till you can confirm its all right to use this facilty.Thanks

No google doesn't mind. As I said above, if google were to penalise sites for this you could just run it for your competitors sites to get them out of the way. The pages get indexed gradually so they don't just appear all in one go. Although some are instant
