It means that if you request ANY DAY before 15/04/10 you'll receive on 15/04/10.

Yeah, i sent an email to all members for this problem, a stupid user purchased premium membership use it by downloading files, and ask for a refund more than 6 times, don't worry for your payment, just click resolve case, and enter the valid information : the payment received from the web site digisofts.net, Paypal is viewing some documents to solve this problem

 

If I did not do anything with paypal. It will affect what silk. Because fear is a complete mistake. And other problems. My only option was to wait, or not.
