Hands down, WP e-commerence is the best plugin out there for e-com http://www.instinct.co.nz/e-commerce/
Yes I will also suggest to go for wp-commerce. It's great and also good amount of additional plugins available
Considering its popularity and public enthusiast i'd say WP E-commerce .. however i find the forum support is a bit poor ( a lot of unanswered question there, and its looks like the admin/mod isn't very active in the forum. ). Another good Wp Shopping cart solution would be Shopp ( shopplugin.net )
Yup, one vote for WP-Commerce, too. However, when you need your store looks more profession, you will need Magento
Im using shopperpress but it's so difficult to set up correctly. I have been using wp-commerce, it' simple with great features
I think that using Paypal shopping cart is the best because its free to sign up for an account and secure. Thats what I would do. R, Netwalker
I've used the shopperpress theme, It is working fine so far but I recommend wp ecommerce, It is awesome!
In my opinion, wp-commerce interface is more attractive. It looks even better with a little tweak on the layout and graphics..
I agree entirely, i waited days for supprt and in the end ditched using it in favour of something better
I know some of the shopping carts are not so good with wordpress. Why dont you try AJ Shopping cart software. It works pretty good.
Another alternative to consider is Market Theme. It's actually an entire theme with a shopping cart system built-in. Basically, it's nearly ready to go right out of the box without having to integrate any code. There's also a demo on the website if you want to play around with it first. http://www.markettheme.com/
