Okay... I was wondering... How could I make a poll, and contact form (just for someone to type a message stating their opinion) AND THEN... Have it send the poll result and message to an email. So the person receiving the email gets the message and poll results. If that makes sense. Would I need to know JS to do this?
I didn't ask anyone to program this for me. I know HTML, PHP, CSS, and ASP. I'm just asking if someone could point me in the right direction....
Javascript will add the bells and whistless to your site while as the PHP engine is responsible for the functionality that you're requiring. I suggest that you start by installign WordPress and it's WP-Polls plugin, then check missing options and use your PHP knowledge to add them. If you don't know PHP, you know who to get in touch with. I have wordpress, but so it will send the poll info, and message to the same email? Listen! This is what I want to do. I want to make a poll and message box for people to give their opinion on MW2 and then have it send that info to the Infinity Ward email.
No, I don't think the wp-polls plugin sends out emails with results to anyone. But you haven't made me understand whether you're PHP literate and looking for ideas or need a PHP developer to do this for you.
